All stamps are guaranteed to be genuine unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Charges

To U.S. destinations: $2.00 (Oversize items $3.00)
To International destinations: $3.00. (Oversize items $5.00)
For Registered mail add $15.00. Items sent by unsecured mail are sent at buyers risk. We try to ship within 5 days.

Deferred Payment (Layaway) Plan

Make interest free monthly payments, and we will set aside the items you want. An easy way to get those scarce items you may never see again! (Payment plans available for orders over $300.)

All items offered Subject to Prior Sale

We make every effort to keep our on-line database up to date, however, since we also do stamp shows and sell by mail, it is possible that items may sell before we have a chance to make updates. When you order, you will receive two emails from us -- an "Order Verification" that lets you know that we received your order, and a "Final Invoice" with any adjustments, as well as payment instructions.

Payments

We accept payment by PayPal, cash, check, or Money Order . In most cases we do not wait for checks to clear before shipping. We may, at our discretion, require time for check clearance if we have not done business together before or the check is for a significant amount.
